FAQs

How are your prints made?

All of our prints are produced locally and handled entirely by us. Orders are processed manually, printed to order, carefully checked, and packed by hand to ensure the best quality.

How long does it take to process an order?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. As everything is done manually, during particularly busy periods or if we’re away, processing may take a little longer. If there is ever a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

Which delivery services do you use?

Orders are dispatched using InPost or DPD,

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates from the courier once your order has been dispatched:

  • InPost: typically 2–3 working days
  • DPD: typically next working day

We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As prints are made to order, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered production. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your returns and cancellations policy?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If you choose to return an item, you will just need to cover the return shipping expenses.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Are frames included?

Unless stated otherwise, prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space, we recommend a simple black frame as shown in the images on the website.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but screen settings can vary. Slight colour variations between your screen and the printed artwork may occur.
